Vijayawada: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu has promoted the state as a highly favorable location for semiconductor manufacturing. He invited global leaders from the industry to visit Andhra Pradesh within the next month to examine the state’s investor-friendly policies and business opportunities.

Speaking at the Semicon Ecosystem Roundtable Conference held in Singapore on Tuesday, Naidu mentioned that Andhra Pradesh is quickly advancing as a top choice for high-tech manufacturing and international investments. He emphasized the state’s commitment to a Speed of Doing Business model, designed to ensure quicker project approvals, efficient governance, and smooth industrial expansion.
The Chief Minister noted that India is currently one of the safest and most promising destinations for foreign investments. Andhra Pradesh distinguishes itself through proactive industrial policies, solid infrastructure, and a business-friendly climate.
He encouraged investors to take advantage of this favorable time to invest in the state.

Naidu highlighted opportunities along the semiconductor value chain. A semiconductor manufacturing plant is being developed in the Rayalaseema region, reinforcing Andhra Pradesh’s ambition to grow its semiconductor and electronics manufacturing ecosystem.
