Journey Of A CA To Successful Vocational Educationist

We had an interview with Prachi Mehta the center head of the INIFD

Udaipur branch and Surpass Training Institute conducted by the founder of MSME Story Varun Surana. 

INIFD was earlier known as NIFD started back in 1995 and became an international brand in the last 15 years. INIFD came in Udaipur in the year 2014 and, she joined it in 2016 while pursuing CA with it.

She also came up with the idea of starting the Surpass Training Institute. This institute was started in 2019 with aims to train those students who complete their college and look for job interviews. 

She said they mentor students how to face an interview, give them practical projects to see the real environment of the industry. They train engineers, interior designers, fashion designers about how to use industrial software, designing software, architectural software or high-end software depending upon the field of student. 

While studying CA, she was sure that after completion of it, she doesn’t want to work as a CA practitioner. She started the business with no knowledge of how things work in the educational industry and, her passion was to enter into management and administrative. They had only seven students in the starting and now, after putting all the hard work they 125+ students. 

Challenges are the part of every journey, and INIFD was no exception to it. In starting, due to the lack of awareness of the brand and building the trust of parents and student took some time. The major challenges she faced in the past 4 years of business experience to bring a creative and new idea to keep a student engaged during the course.  

She mentioned take away message for the educational industry entrepreneur that your power is in the people and believe in your delegating work. She also said to the viewers to never give up on anything.
